This ring was inspired by iron maiden torture chambers. Using references from crypts in Italy that displayed the skeletons of saints I created this necklace.
The ring is made of solid sterling silver and measures about 1.5” long. The hooded figure is made of carved black wood and has been hand carved. Underneath the figure is 23k gold leaf to give the piece a pop of color to contrast the oxidized sterling silver. The top opens and closes with a welded hinge so it won’t come off.
